Pet Policy

Kettler allows residents to have dogs, cats and service animals. All animals must be housebroken. All other animals must be caged at all times. No breeding of any permitted animal is allowed. Additionally, the following breeds of dogs are not permitted, or any mix of these breeds of dogs where the following breeds are 50 % or more in your dog: German Shepards, Akitas, Chow Terriers or Chow breed mixes, American, Bull Staff or Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman/Doberman Pinchers, Rottweilers, Wolf dog hybrid, Pitbull terriers, Presa Canario or any variety of Canary dogs. All residents with a pet(s) are required to sign the Pet Addendum. Pet fees are as follows: • Non-refundable Pet Fee (1 pet) - $400.00 • Non-refundable Pet Fee (2 pets) - $600.00 • Monthly Pet Rent - $50.00 per pet • Pet Penalty Fee - $100.00 each time the pet is not on a leash and/or pet waste is not disposed of in the trash receptacle.
